RETURN POLICY aims to get your order delivered to you in the best condition possible, and we sincerely hope you will be more than satisfied with your purchase. In the event that you wish to return all or one of the items, we offer a 7day return policy starting from the day your order is delivered to you.

We also encourage you to check your order upon delivery, and if any item is incorrect, damaged or faulty you should notify us immediately by calling +234 703 403 0265 or sending an email to with your telephone and order number so that we can arrange for free return shipping.

The return shipping will be free of charge if the return is due to incorrect, damaged or faulty goods. If the return is due to any other circumstance other than stated, we kindly ask you to pay for the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us.

Customers would be charged full Shipping Costs for swaps, exchanges and returns.

Return items should be addressed to 40B Ayo Fasugba Road, Magodo Phase 1, Isheri, Lagos. Please return the item(s) in the same condition as when received and in the original packaging along with proof of purchase (order number, delivery note and/or invoice). Once the items have been returned and verified, you will receive a refund within 10 working days.

Please note, any item that has been scuffed, stained, or dinged on the surface, inside or bottom of the item will not be accepted or exchanged. Always be careful not to damage or cause defect on the item(s)

If you have paid for the purchase in cash, we will refund the full cost by transferring the entire amount to your account. If the item was paid for by debit/credit card, the funds will be returned only directly to the card that was used for the purchase. If you wish to exchange an item for another pair, you may do so within 7 days of delivery as long as the item has not been worn or damaged in any way. You will incur the cost of shipping the item(s) back to us as well as the cost of shipping the new item(s) to you (see shipping information in our FAQs).

If the new item(s) (plus additional shipping costs to you) costs more than the original items you ordered, you will be required to pay the difference in the payment method of your choice (see available payment options in our FAQs). If new item(s) (plus additional shipping costs to you) costs less than the original item(s), you will be refunded the difference.

PICKUP POLICY offers its customers a local pick up option. This is perfect for customers who wish to receive their orders quickly and helps save on shipping fees. Local Pick up is currently only available to Lagos customers. To pick up customers must:

  • Present a copy of the pick up notification email
  • Order Number
  • Government Issued I.D.

Customers who select local pick up have 24 hours to complete their orders. Orders not picked up in this time frame will be cancelled and automatically become available to other customers for purchase.


Providing that the recipient’s order has been registered as delivered by the courier company and providing that the customer has provided the correct delivery address, if the customer does not receive an order within the first seven days from the delivery date stated by the order confirmation document, we can raise an investigation in our aim to recover the parcel. Please be advised it is a compulsory condition to report non-delivery cases within 7 calendar days from the delivery date stated by your order confirmation to initiate a claim with the courier company. Under no circumstance can we declare a parcel as lost until a full investigation with the warehouse/courier company/returns department has taken place.
